The FAI International Drones Conference and Expo offers a unique platform for sports organisations, businesses, governmental authorities and end users from around the world to discuss how drones are used today, and create a framework for how they will be used in the future.
Part of the public EPFL (Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne) Drone Days 2018, the 2nd FAI International Drones Conference and Expo will run from August 31 to September 2, and will welcome expert speakers and visitors from around the world.
General Information
Payment
Registration and activity fees must be paid by credit card during the registration process. Payment for hotels will be taken upon check-in on arrival day.
*Students
Note that a valid student card is required if you register as "Student" (copy to be scanned and sent to[email protected] or faxed to +41 21 616 86 47).
Media & Exhibitors
Please send an email to [email protected] if you would like to register as a media or an exhibitor.

If you wish to come back to your registration, please use your direct login link which you will find in your confirmation email.
Registration Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration to FAI Drones Conference 2018, please send a written notice to [email protected].
All reimbursements will be processed after the conference.
Registration fees
Access to all Conference sessions and exhibition areas, coffee breaks and lunch, DRONEMASTERS MeetUp, access to the drone racing competition and to the public EPFL Robotics Showcase.
